If you have received damaged product or the wrong item, please mail us at nammachennaiflorist@gmail.com with your order number and couple of pictures of the material within 7 Days of delivery. We will try and replace the product as soon as possible or issue a full refund if you wish to then incase the amount will be refund after shipping charges adjustment will done. If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. At Namma Chennai Florist each product is quality checked, verified and then shipped to the customer but we understand that manual errors can happen and hence we will replace your product again then if not satisfied then we can replace in second delivery . Again if not satisfied we refund the cash amount after shipping charges adjustment.
