If you have received damaged product or the wrong item, please mail us at nammachennaiflorist@gmail.com with your order number and couple of pictures of the material within 7 Days of delivery. We will try and replace the product as soon as possible or issue a full refund if you wish to then incase the amount will be refund after shipping charges adjustment will done. If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button.
